Nestled on 6 private acres along Hickory Creek in West Knoxville, The Manor is an intimate event venue accommodating up to 110 guests. We offer both indoor and outdoor event spaces, on-site lodging for up to 16 guests, and a fully finished Connex trailer that's perfect for gathering and relaxing.

Whether you're planning a wedding, shower, family gathering, holiday celebration, retreat, or special event, The Manor provides a beautiful setting that's both convenient and peaceful. Located just minutes from I-40 (Exit 369), you'll enjoy easy access to Knoxville while feeling tucked away from it all.
